Villa Golf Policies
Early Booking for Tee Times- Villa guests will have early access to book tee times after confirmation of their Villa stay.
- If the villa reservation is cancelled the tee time will also be cancelled. The tee time can be re-booked under the normal tee time reservation window.
- Available tee times are solely based on availability and if there are no outings, tournaments or regularly scheduled events planned.
- Each villa is guaranteed (1) afternoon tee time on check-in day and (1) morning tee time on check-out day.
- Each villa is guaranteed (1) morning or (1) afternoon tee time on full day stays. A second/replay tee time may be booked in the guest window, must abide by the replay policy, and only based on availability.

The 1 + 7 Rule
- If a member is hosting 7 guests and renting two villas:
- Two tee times may be reserved.
- All guests will be charged the villa guest rate.
- If a member is hosting 7 guests and renting a single villa:
- Members are eligible for one tee time. However, members may use their one advanced tee time or an unaccompanied tee time for their second group if a member is not hosting.
- The guests playing with the member will be charged the villa guest rate and the guests not playing with a member will be charged the unaccompanied guest rate.

Villa Golf FAQs
- We are four couples staying in one villa. Can we book two tee times?
- Yes, by using your one advanced tee time.
- Additional guests can play at the unaccompanied rate of $400 per person.
- You can wait for the tee sheet to open 7 days in advance at 7:05 AM.
- Alternatively, you can book a second villa.
- We have a multi-day stay. Do I have to book in the “Check-in or Check-out” window? Can I book after the 10 AM check-out tee time?
- Yes, by following our current non-villa guest policies. You must play before 11:50 AM or after 1 PM.
- Tuesday – Thursday First Tee time – 11:50 AM or after 1 PM
- Friday First Tee time – 10:50 AM or after 3 PM
- Saturday & Sunday First Tee time – 10 AM or after 11:10 AM
- I’ve booked three villas for 11 guests. Will all my guests qualify for the accompanied rate?
- The accompanied guest play rate applies under the 1 + 7 policy. Any guest beyond the first seven will be charged the unaccompanied rate of $400.
- These tee times can be booked consecutively but must fall within the designated Villa tee time windows.
- We’d like to play 36 holes in one day. How can we arrange this?
- Members can book a replay round per the current golf policy.
- You cannot use both your advanced tee time and your villa tee time on the same day.
- We’re checking into a villa on a Friday after Labor Day. With sunset being an issue, can we play earlier in the day?
- Yes, by using your one advanced tee time.
- You can also wait for the tee sheet to open 7 days in advance at 7:05 AM.
- After Labor Day, Friday check-in tee time availability is adjusted earlier to 2 PM.
- We’re checking out on Monday. Can we play on the Championship course?
- Unfortunately, no. However, you can play the short course between 8:00–10:00 AM.
