Disclosures
Hazeltine National Golf Club strives to provide our Members and guests with an exceptional experience. These Villa Disclosures are considered part of our reservation agreement. As a Member, you are held responsible for your guests, and you are agreeing to abide by all Villa policies, terms, and conditions.Damage to Property
You are liable for any damage caused (deliberate or negligent) to the Villa, room(s), and property. Damage to the room, fixtures, or furnishings will be charged at 100% to full and new replacement value to the Member account. This includes shipping, handling, special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article.
Lost and Found
Hazeltine National Golf Club assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately at 952-556-5422 or email bbauer@hngc.com, and we will try to assist in locating your item.
Found Items
Hazeltine National is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items left behind by our guests and found by housekeeping, will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty days. A reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded. Found items will be held for thirty days while we attempt to contact the Member, at which point they will be discarded.
Do-Not Disturb & Access to Rooms
To provide all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe Villa experience, we provide daily housekeeping. Our housekeeping staff will honor the “Service Not Required” magnet placed on the front door. The only exception(s) are room service requests, mechanical equipment alarm notifications, emergency safety concerns, or by request of the Villa guests.
Cancellation Fee(s)
- Cancelled reservations within 60 days of check-in date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be added to your member account statement.
- Cancelled reservations within 30 days of check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be added to your member account statement.
