GPC Policies

Mission
The mission of the Golf Performance Center (GPC) is to grow the game of golf through player development, instruction, and club fitting. The GPC is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to help members enhance their golf game.

Hours of Operation
Monday: Closed
Tuesday–Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Hitting Bay Reservations

Five reservable hitting bays are available in one-hour sessions.
Reservations can be made up to fourteen days in advance.

During this window, members can make up to two reservations, with a maximum of one reservation per day. Once reservations are completed, members may book their next reservation. If available, members may book reservations on the same day if the tee sheet permits.

If staying in a Villa, members would receive an additional reservation.

Reservations are to be utilized by the member listed on the reservation. Family members or guests are not permitted to be used as placeholders to reserve or block additional times.
24-Hour Rule: Members can call the GPC to make an additional reservation, if available, within 24 hours. This reservation would not count toward the maximum number of reservations allowed.
Reservation tee times:

1 player – 1 hour
2+ players – 2 hours

Advanced Tee Times: Golf members may book one tee time more than two weeks in advance. National Members will be granted a maximum of four advanced tee times for the calendar year. Advanced times must include at least one guest and be scheduled according to guest guidelines. You must call the Golf Shop to reserve advanced tee times.

Note: The Fitting Bay and Teaching Bay require separate reservations through the professional team, instructors, or fitters.

Private Fittings
Private fittings are offered in our state-of-the-art Fitting Bay, powered by the Hazeltine Tour Van experience. Members may schedule one-hour fittings for individual clubs or specific needs, while full-bag fittings are available in dedicated two-hour sessions. Each fitting is conducted by a professional fitter to ensure precision, performance, and an exceptional fitting experience. Fittings are available Wednesday through Saturday.

Villa Stay & Play
Each villa stay receives one Hitting Bay reservation (2 hours) on both check-in and check-out days.

Garage Doors (Garage doors will remain closed until July 1, 2026 through the completion of the construction and landscaping phase)
Outdoor bays will close when the feels-like temperature falls below 20°F.

The professional team reserves the right to use discretion based on weather conditions (e.g., wind direction) when approving garage door openings.

Guest Policy
Golf members may bring guests to use the Hitting Bays at any time during the week or weekend. Each member is limited to three guests per reservation. Guests will not be extended guest privileges more than twelve times per year, with a maximum of two in any given month. All guests must register by name.

Guest Fees

Simulator Guest	$35 per guest
Replay Rate*	$15 per guest
*Replay rate applies if an additional session is available after the initial reservation is completed.

Certified Juniors
Non-certified juniors (18 or under) must be accompanied by at least one adult member to use the Hitting Bays. Certified Juniors may use the putting green area without parental supervision and can reserve Hitting Bay times 3 days in advance, when available. Non-certified juniors may play with a certified junior.

Juniors will be afforded all services of the GPC and held to the same standards of behavior as any member or guest.
Proper etiquette, attire, and behavior are required of all juniors. Ensuring that expected and respectful behavior is always maintained is the responsibility of the parent.
Juniors may sit at the GPC bar before 5:00 PM, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Dress Code
Golf Areas:

Men: Collared golf shirts or mock turtlenecks, golf slacks, Bermuda-style shorts, golf outerwear, and sweaters are permitted. Shirts must remain tucked in.
Women: Golf skirts, shorts, slacks, and sleeved or sleeveless golf shirts are acceptable.
Footwear: Golf shoes are to be worn in the hitting bays. Winter boots are not permitted in the hitting bays or on the putting green.
Prohibited Attire: Cargo shorts or pants, t-shirts, tank tops, jogging or gym shorts, halter or strapless tops, cutoffs, and denim/jeans of any kind.

Bar and Dining Areas: Smart casual and/or golf attire is required inside the dining room during all hours. This includes most golf attire sold in the Club’s golf shop or other like clubs. Golf attire must be consistent with current golf trends and the styles sold in our golf shop, but does not include casual wear such as t-shirts. Smart casual attire means a combination of well-fitting, polished business wear with elements of casual attire—blouses, polo shirts, button-downs, chinos, dress pants, or styled jeans. On the spectrum of formality, smart casual lies between dressy casual (jeans and blouses) and business casual (dress pants).

Headwear: Men may wear hats while practicing in the hitting bays or on the putting green (with the brim forward) but must remove hats when in the bar or dining area. Hats are permitted for women.

Food Service

Tuesday–Saturday: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

The Golf Performance Center will provide drink service throughout all hours of operation. The dining menu will feature shareable appetizers.

Takeout orders are prohibited.

Member Experience Policies

Bar seating transitions to 21+ only after 5:00 PM
Member group play may occur organically through regular bay reservations.
Member behavior should reflect clubhouse standards for language, decorum, and conduct.
Family dining policies mirror those of the main clubhouse bar.
Cell phone policy

Cell phone conversations are not permitted in the Hitting Bays, Putting green, and bar and dining areas.
Acceptable areas: Golf Performance Center entrance/main foyer.
Text and email are permissible if audible alerts are turned off. Hazeltine provides free
Wi-Fi to its members and guests.
Please be respectful of nearby members and guests while using mobile devices.

Parking

The Golf Performance Center follows a self-parking model.
The turnaround circle may be used for brief loading and unloading only. All long-term parking should be in the main parking lot.
