	Brea Bauer Director of Villa Sales & Concierge Services With over 25 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Brea Bauer is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in hotel services, restaurant leadership, event planning, and convention and meeting coordination. As the Director of Villa Sales & Concierge Services, Brea is dedicated to curating exceptional experiences for guests while leading teams with a focus on growth and collaboration. Throughout her career, Brea has developed a strong passion for leadership and team development, honing her ability to cultivate high-performing groups and foster a culture of excellence. She is renowned for her skill in crafting dynamic menus that elevate the dining experience, while her extensive background in event planning enables her to meticulously design and execute every detail, ensuring seamless and unforgettable events. A proud native of Minnesota, Brea balances her professional endeavors with a fulfilling family life. She is the mother of three children—Madeline, Leila, and Cade—who keep her active and inspired. Outside of work, Brea enjoys attending sports events and concerts, savoring unique dining experiences, and continually expanding her knowledge of wine and spirits. Driven by a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, Brea continues to elevate the standards of service and experience in luxury hospitality.
	Koby Head, PGA Golf Hospitality Manager Koby Head is a PGA Professional whose career and character are deeply rooted in the traditions of golf. A Nebraska native and proud graduate of the University of Nebraska, Koby has been immersed in the sport since age 15—both as a player and a professional. His journey in the golf industry has been driven by a genuine passion for the game and a commitment to delivering excellence at every level. Koby joined the Hazeltine team in 2023, and he brings with him two years of experience in the Club's golf department. During that time, he developed a deep appreciation for the traditions and values that have made Hazeltine a cornerstone of championship golf. His transition to the Golf Hospitality Manager was a natural evolution—allowing him to continue sharing his love for the game while expanding his role into hospitality and luxury guest experiences. In support of the Villas at Hazeltine, Koby is dedicated to creating an environment that reflects the prestige and spirit of the Club. He approaches every interaction with high standards, professionalism, and a genuine desire to foster community. Whether welcoming members, coordinating guest experiences, or simply sharing a conversation about the course, Koby's goal is to ensure that every moment at the Villas lives up to the legacy of Hazeltine.
